ELM is a small organization of untagged players who discuss who they are going to hit and they can have other people help them…no real structure just bringing everyone together that would like to be a menace.

I think I will play in a regular tag next set unless someone has a really fun idea..

- we disclose our country #'s to each other prior to turn 99
- no allies including techer bots

- you will cease all hostile actions against Monsters immediately, including deleting your current country #466
- i will immediately stop calling you shortcake
- win or lose, no more targeting Monsters for your recreation, one-off PS's or suicides
