Perhaps not racism, ford, but certainly people that don't have sufficient active representation in the highest circles in DC.

I fully understand that, but to call it racism is counterproductive and weakens support for your cause imo.

That is a product of a poor community, not because people dont care about black people. That entire state has gone down the fluffter. You can go into deep socio-economic discussions from that, but it isnt racism.
