All I could say is Park scored like 4 goals and I bet on Park to score over 3 but they didn't pay me out. No idea why.

In betting there is no "they scored like 4 goals". It is either 3 or 4.
And you either bet Park > 3.5 in which case you lost because park scored 3. Or over 4.5 overall goals and ... same scenario.

Or they did not settle your winning bet. Sometimes, it takes 24 hours until they settle a bet.
