Not a laptop yes.

Cheap is relative.

Its better than chrome book as u can install windows programs and it comes with office.

This is the future of of laptops.

I'm getting a Surface RT + keyboard for about $230. It's part of the education promo Microsoft is doing. I need something lighter than my 15.6 inch laptop to bring to class for notes/assignments. I kinda wish the Surface 2 was cheaper so I could get that instead =P
