I used FFA cp to spend bonuspoints (not on turns) and 9/16 countries spent also weekly bonus and I had 28 points originally to be spent on most countries.

I used bonuspoints via control panel in ffa and somehow some countries used all 28 points instead 24 points and some didn't use more than 24.

oh; i think this is a well-known bug that i completely forgot about -- when slagpit updated the point costs, they were still hardcoded in the panel, and didn't get updated there... ? I think?

I'm not 100% sure

last set everything worked fine and set before that etc but now suddenly 8 countries use 28 points to bonus instead 24 which 7 countries used and 1 had only 16 points to be spent (no idea how that has happened).
