not sure but it seems that techs I put on sale yesterday didn't either reach market or returned quicker than normally or my techlvls didn't get reducted since my tech levels are ~same as they were yesterday even market news say I sold multiple techs and got money from those sales.

Hm; there is some code to make sure you don't randomly lose market stuff -- it could be malfunctioning in some manner? Hmm; I'll have to look into this further
