I suggest that we allow players to see who they are @war with even if their forces are PS'ed out.

When they go to war room, in addition to seeing 'You have already made your 5 attacks etc etc' the screen would also simply show the country you may be at war with. As it stands now you can only see it on the war screen when your forces are back.
I thought it should either be there or under 'military'. I was actually surprised the info isn't on the military tab either actually.

Also, what is the reasoning behind saved spy ops ingame without saved ally ops? Is that to test our memory a bit? :p
I would love it if the ally ops saved as well!

^^war info while forces are PS'ed out doesn't matter to most around here but i have a poor memory and i can forget if i've dec'ed war or peace or whatnot so that would be a helpful change for me :p

i never realized this was an issue.
i suppose leaving as is could contribute to strategic planning but i personally would like the ability to dec peace whether or not my forces are in

We should be allowed to send missiles with 5 PSes IMO...
