The suggestion here is to keep a record (like the news feed) of all spy-ops conducted by a clan viewable by the clan admins. Rather than cluttering up the news feed, this could be on a separate "spy op feed".
This would allow clan admins to see all spy ops done by their members, successful, failed, harmful or not. They wouldn't see the results of the op, just that it had been conducted.
This would also be very valuable for FA work as ops could now be more easily verified by clan admins. It would even allow "proof", for example, screen sharing in Skype and showing another clan's FM the op feed of what was done or not done. (prevents denial and he-said she-said arguments).
