why would any1 want to see those?

There are a number of reasons. Sometimes people send info to others in game. You could get some intel and see if they are plotting against you or your friends. When I thought of this idea I was think about solo games, you know games where people use in game communication more vs. outside sources.

I wouldn't consider this a harmful op for the because of GDI in primary.
