and i could not attack any countries even the same nw as me in the last 5 hours what the heck is up with that GDI message came up and would not let me attack ?
This has been a rule for the past 14 years I think. The new GDI page calls it out:
"During the final 6 hours of the round, only informational spy ops are allowed unless the target has already engaged in one or more offensive action against you."
