Every strat i play turns into the worst choice for the week apparently i influence the market to much :(
Still did decent cashing this week considering tech cost and unplayed turns at the end.

it's like playing the lottery you have to stick to the same number every time eventually you get something.

Got 9th with my tiny nation. I knew I was gonna run out of steam by Saturday night, but still wanted to get top ten. Will probably modify a bit and try again.

Number 20 would have finished higher had I remembered to login and buy before it ended lol

I really thought drkprinc would win given tech prices, but a couple morons hit him and me too. Who kows what would have happened if neifher of us got hit.

When I play farmer, beerdrinker, I always get suicided! drkprinc is correct in picking a strat and staying with it because I have MoutainYet's luck in picking the wrong one.

Congrats to Ebert on the win and everyone else who made it without food. I had a chance to buy millions of bushels but decided to get my tech in order first. When I went back to get bushels with 160 turns, it was ridiculous! I learned a lesson, though.

I was hoping to get my first win before ebert and the other veterans began playing again! But it was good to see ebert up there...surprisingly as a commie instead of the big theo. Good contest between he and dp.

My finish would have been much better with food, but I still didn't have enough land to get it done. I'm always short on land.

My issue isnt that i change strats but with fewer quality players my choice generally creates an over supply on the market(or under since i went casher this set). Still did ok considering tech prices this set but my string of 5 straight top 3's got broken :(
