Does GS screw them over by reducing their industrial production?
I'd rather AB but they have 5x as many tanks as troops.

If you can't kill them don't bother with GS. AB/BR or invest in missiles.

Another great alternative are spy ops. Bomb Structures/Bomb Airbases (if they have 2+ million jets) give great returns. Or you could demoralize x7 and use AB on him (which drops his readiness to 70%)

The best strategy for sure is to destroy his buildings- it will cause him to have to commit his $ to rebuilding

it can be fairly crippling but you have to really unload a ton of GS strikes on him until the population is really gutted. just a few will actually be counter productive as diminishing returns will kick in and other people can't grab him for like 6 hours or whatever (if that's the way it still works)
