I have taken over 900 turns now. I also have some warfare tech- and i have not made one bomb all set. Math wise it should be impossible.

Math-wise, it is indeed VERY possible. Theoretically it is possible and since you have no missiles, it is also practically very possible.

There are no bombs in EE. There fore it is true that it's impossible for you to acquire one.

mathematicly it is possible to have 5% warfare and not make any missle all the reset.

But i think this game is balanced @ warfare and you`ll prolly enjoy like 15% ipotetically warfare latter.
