The amount of turns displayed is how many you had on-hand when you signed out. Want to pose as a bot?? Spend all your turns and sign completely out.

or if you are not sure if someone has alot of turns look at their country number if its lower then yours or close to look at your turns played and turns left (stored if you have) then you have a general idea how many turns they could have.
