I just made a program to confirm it.

40 SUCCESSFUL SR from an attacker takes 73 turns of a defender to return back to 100% production REGARDLESS of population size.

(And to get 100% production you need 80% of your max population.)


40 SR -> 73
50 SR -> 93

Unless SR has a cap-

40 SR will drop ANY population to 1/5th of it current population. Is another way at looking at it.

500k population down to 100k

what if you change tax rate?

i thought u could only regain 40 pop at a time? or has that changed...i dont really pay attention
