Why can I not spy on a country right next to me in my scores list without GDI telling me I gotta declare war to get the op? The guy is RIGHT NEXT TO ME!

Last 6 hrs you can spy anyone that hasn't attacked you if you're in GDI

It appears that I cannot do that. I can't even spy on people who have attacked me. This GDI is for fluff!

You should be able to spy anyone who attacked you. Go report it on B&S forum

If you think that sucks...try being able to spy on and AB someone NOT in GDI that never attacked me at all during the reset within the last 5 hours of the reset.
