camp leatherneck is not a marine name..it is a base in afghanistan

To be honest, you probably won't get a lot of takers this way, as there aren't a lot of free agents on the boards just waiting to take someone up on an offer like this. At the same time, you've made a positive step in announcing your presence.

Now the real questions are: do you know how to build a good country and do you understand the typical politics? If both are yes's, I'm sure you'll do fine. If not, you might consider either joining an established clan for a set or two to learn or talking to as many people as possible and doing as much reading on the wiki as possible to make sure you understand what you can and can't do without getting yourself killed.
