Arrow had already planned to leave and had already setup EVE as their destination prior to the round. They only posted that as a reason for guilt purposes.

I admit I was unhappy with the way Project Arcturus turned out - my hope had been for the rest of the server to rise up in opposition. Sadly Project Arcturus ended for the same reason it started - boredom in a stale political environment.

Angelous approached me about starting such a coalition and having very little interest in the game anymore I decided ultimately "fluff it, who cares" and helped get this going and invited MD on board. I put forth the name because it was a world domination scheme of sorts and the Globex episode is my favorite Simpsons episode.
