It's possible to win, yes, with the right market, any strat can win, but I'm going strictly by the rep/cash records we have currently vis a vis Viva and JJ's records. They both play the most rep casher and thus set the bar. If they cannot do it legit, I think it is safe to say, they have probably figured out that it is almost impossible to do it clean.
