I agree that you did try to improve relations, but I thoroughly believed that Ivan would get his way. Ivan among other leaders have had it out for Evo, because they feel we violated our friendly war agreement and send suiciders their way.

That is the kind of nonsense I had been dealing with from Ivan for a long time, so it's not surprising that I didn't believe anybody could quell him. Those kinds of conversations grate on people. It's not even worth playing the game if you have to consistently deal with that on a daily basis.
