These changes obviously help techers the most, is that being disputed? I think TDA was upset that it hurts farmer/casher which are the weaker strats on the server. And I think everyone else complaining is not complaining about the res. ally removal but rather the DA removal.

If Cable is saying it weakens tech starts... well, it does because you won't have res. allies during that period, but if tech is more expensive now, it doesn't. If he's saying it makes teching worse overall, I really doubt it. Esp. with the decrease on spying demands.
