I was never in charge of CC. I'm not even in CC and hadn't been for a few sets before they dissapeared.

In either event, cc never truly had someone incharge, it's not how it worked. And the real downfall of CC was they didn't have anyone to fight for almost a year and people lost interest and wandered away.
