For a rep casher your tech target is just as important as the land target. I like to be at well over 170% bus res at turn 1150 if possible. Last set I was really lucky buying tech and I had 175% bus res from around turn 1080 with 16,000+ acres. I was cashing at turn 1120 and stocking bushels at $36 and turrets at $115. I could absorb the retal by Orjuwan and luckily bounce the retal from Kambeng and still end at $24m NW
