Note to all non-service ppl: The IRR and the reserves are not the same thing. In the IRR, you don't get paid and you don't have to go. The IRR is mandatory following completion of your MSO (Military Service Obligation); unless, you did something seriously stupid on active duty to get XFRed early.
UPDATE: Actually, I forgot one: You could have failed you fitness test multiple times, got flagged, then demoted.

Who said a reservist took my 3rd stripe? Being the skilled weekend warrior that you are, you would know the Active duty stationed at the reserve unit full time would have busted me down. Damn dude, you are dumb.
