I'm not disputing 72 hours. In the set I'm referring to I was told elders had to pay 700b in reps when killing the country has been standard practice for years. It was unrealistic and the pact was declared voided at least a dozen times by several different laf leaders before elders "broke pact." That's complete nonsense.
