Every time I'm reminded of this game its still here in one form or another, I love the dedication!

Does anyone have a really old posts saved anywhere where JaT (Just a thought) is introducing a newbie to this game? or really any super old posts from earth2025 forums. Just feeling very nostalgic tonight

The decay nerf didn't nerf techers at all (which was the intended effect based on the blog about it). It instead had the opposite effect of buffing techers because it delays the food peak by 15 days (decay takes 15-20 days longer to max depending if you're Fascist or not), and directly nerfs cashers as a result of having a sustained high food price for most of the stocking phase.

I hope the admins think about this.

The games gotten a lot easier since the old days which isn't a problem it's just their is much less competition for the top spots now then there used to be

So I remember there used to be some awesome posts on AT. Croakers guide to AT post, bad_carpets North American Epic and other excellent old posts. I'm hoping for a bit of nostalgia with some of the other old timers on here.

MM aka Manipulated Maniac aka psycho style was by far the best I ever played with he was around back in the 98-2001 era won 2a many times and won 1a as well. A lot of the 2a guys were really good but I don't remember their names.

In the middle era TMAC was by far the best that I knew he won 1a and was always in the top 10

Current I have no idea but with only 1000 players it seems like the best bottom feeders prosper

I'm really happy someone mentioned me I'm surprised anyone even remembers me nowadays.
