I am pleased to announce the creation of the Conquest game server. The first round for the new server will begin on May 1. This server does not allow clans and will replace the Tournament server. All player countries are assigned to game A and all NPC countries are assigned to game Z. This means that it is not possible to attack or perform spy ops against NPC countries. NPC countries will interact with the public market which can be helpful during time periods of low player activity. Otherwise, the game rules are very similar to the Classic game server.

https://www.earthempires.com/conquest/serverdetails) are quite thorough these days, so I will copy and paste some of the notable properties of the Conquest server:
* The Major Change Set number of this server is 32.
* Turns are given every 20 minutes.
* Countries can hold a maximum of 160 (160) turns.
* Initial countries are awarded 160 extra turns at the start.
* Initial countries are awarded 2 nuclear missiles at the start.
* The minimum time for market goods to arrive on the market is 3 hours. The maximum time is 4 hours.
* Each country can launch 2 Planned Strikes per day. Additional daily planned strikes can be earned through SDI technology. Available Planned Strikes refresh at midnight game time.
* GDI authority prevents offensive actions against another country which is 6 times bigger or smaller than it.
* This following ingame alliances are not permitted: defensive, offensive and research
* An ingame alliance must be kept for at least 720 hours.
This is a monthly server that should start on the first of the month most of the time (assuming I configured that correctly). I hope that interested players give it a try and have fun.
