What's the intent for GDI costs on this server?

I do still spend money on the permanent GDI every set. lol

The description is bugged, GDI is not free on tourney.

Basically the details are also wrong.

GDI authority prevents offensive actions against another country which is 8 times bigger or smaller than it.

All countries are forced to join GDI. The cost of GDI membership is $3 per non-cs building.

Pretty sure it's half? So half of it accurate in-game, half of it accurate in server details?

This is because "humanitarians" is going away as a concept for change set 30 and everything is instead blamed on GDI. The server details are wrong for tourney because it's stuck on an old version.
