I think it's fair game for a retal to declare war (if necessary to evade GDI), but if that was a land grab, I agree with K4F.

That's pretty much how we look at it in PAN.

Well, the set of rules FFA played by generally, involved no declaring war whatsoever, unless in war, or starting one for that matter :P

Anyway, Klutch, you are a tool, I wasn't trying to send a message to self farmers, I was hitting every non allied clan on the server to do landgrabs. I expected Donny would be able to retal, I figured I wouldnt lose much land after ghost, but I had to check so I could setup my landgrabbing options and priorities :P

So many ways to die, only one way to live...

If you hadn't been capable of retalling fast, I woulda started hitting CC more, but you are too capable of retalling, and are too skinny for me to make much outta it for the most part, lol. Had you not retalled until tonight I woulda bought up to 20mil turrets :P

Yea war decs are never appreciated, unless as Twain noted it's necessary to avoid GDI on a retal. Next thing we know we'll be demo'ing for retals

i didn't know ppl frowned upon dowing for the retal, i never am too fat therefor i never really have big mil retals to take care of, i was told its allowed though to retal, i didn't really need to just wanted to save buying another mil jets hehe

If it was a retal, I would say yes, he can declare war if he has to. If he doesn't have to which it is in most cases, then he shouldn't because it is considered an act of war. In other cases, hes either too small or too big and in both cases why would you bother taking the retal anyways in getting a smaller return or not being able to retal at all?

technically speaking war should only be declared to circumvent GDI. otherwise no.

K4F like i said in my message, you wonder why everyone wants to self farm. you dont need to try to buy up 11m turrets to run from retals. trading hits with several countries and taking retals will gain you more land and not leave people pissed off about having to blow most of their stock for a retal.

First of all Pain thinks I bought up, meanwhile I have nearly a bil cash on hand, another bil cash worth of stuff on the market, I did not buy up. I am actually a bit offended, Ill fix that no worries!

And Donny, they suicided me cause I had Ketchup's name in my countries, and apparently RD is trying to carry over a war from alliance cause Ketchup was cherry picking their kills over there.

You are right about your second part of the statement Donny, so far CC is the only clan that I attacked that can easily retal. Anything that requires 48 hours+ to build up enough to retal can be farmed at will :P You only took 1 day, I figured you would retal regardless, but you did it fast.

I think only about 10% of my hits were retalled successfully. And since almost no one landgrabs anymore, there is a lack of retals to do for land trading purposes, I gotta take a hit in order to get some action going :P

If I was gonna land grab tho id find someone with more net worth @land bc since you had moe than double my nw you lost a lot on the grab. I'm not too sure of the equation but u loose like 1/2 or some crap if 66% larger , plus I'm a tyr I get +10% returns if I was grabbing id be grabbing higher nw more acres non tyr govts.

The one thing I respect nbk for is they aren't afraid to land grab.. The other thing is there 7am kill chats .. fluff those haha

Nah, there is enough proof, a certain percentage of em were tagged, beforehand to a clan I never grabbed, and the numbers follow through with the untags, which I also have never grabbed :P
