I’m not the one who gave boomers their reputation that was their own behavior and values. I mean they are literally a meme I’m not even joking. This behavior is literally a part of history now.

OK boomer" or "okay boomer" is a catchphrase and internet meme used to dismiss or mock attitudes typically associated with baby boomers – people born in the two decades following World War II. The phrase first drew widespread attention due to a November 2019 TikTok video in response to an older man, though the phrase had been coined years before that. The phrase has developed into a retort for resistance to technological change, climate change denial, marginalization of members of minority groups, or opposition to younger generations' values more generally.[1][2][3] Critics of the term perceive it as ageist.[4][5] It has been noted as a marker of intergenerational conflict.

The chip on the shoulder was the boomer coming with the negativity to begin with while I’m trying to make positive change here.
As usual you only have a problem when I reply to negativity with an equal and proportionate amount of negativity. Very par for the course around these parts.
going to be wild here, and say I actually mostly agree with Cathankins in this case.
Also, the whole "the young generation is soft, self absorbed, doesn't want to work blahy blah blah" literally can be traced back to at least ancient Greece, with the oldest currently known reference being in the works of Hesiod, around the 8th century BC.
