In 1a, playing on phone. Doing GDI farming and wanted to declare peace after doing 5 PSs. Left Warroom page by accident and when I went back to it, the page says "You have made 5 PS attacks! You cannot attack until at least one of your brigades returns" and does not show the Declare Peace link.

I think the declare peace link is bugged anyway, almost every time I click it I get sent back to the portal page and have to go back and do it again.

Yes, but it didn't affect game play. This does though (but not in a very big way)

Will fix this once I figure out what to do about the minified js file.

As a workaround I believe you can do it on the new UI, then switch back to the old UI unless I’m mistaken.

This should be fixed now. It was always possible to declare peace by typing in the right URL or through other workarounds so I don't consider this to be a mechanic change.

Vic's issue was fixed as well.
