Neutral person here, from what I heard (100% not from swords, just TKO members and FFAT)

The timeline goes something like this

Swords restarts (After they were tagkilled cause most of their countries werent very good) Were farming TKO countries which decided that since everyone was in a war they did not have to get defense.

TKO farms a few swords countries with defenses unbreakable by swords to teach em a lesson (Fair IMO)

Swords spends a few days FAing to get a big jetter together, and does a grab on the TKO country that farmed swords (Granted a day or two passed retal window, more of a point then a hit).

TKO wants more then 2:1 cause swords has a jetter (Legend has it only 70% jets when TKO said 80%)

Issues went downhill from there and ended up with swords basically lemming'ing themselves at TKO with their restarts.

I may have missed stuff, but can't really blame swords for throwing emselves at yah :P

You missed the part where after we took l:l they went and farmed an unrelated country 8 times, we told them that we considered it even, the next day the owner of the country that farmed TKO, used high jet countries to do 4 more big hits, we spoke to smurf and he comfirmed that we could retal 1:1 on the 4 hits and 8 retals on the country that farmed

We accidently over retaled and did 11 hits instead of 8, instead of retaling the country that did the over retal , the country hit one of our countries 41 times, they were informed that we planned to kill it, they said kill it and its war, 2 hours later swords hit us 2100 times so we started killing them

There were two grabs on a 120k acre TKO country.

1) All jetter. Claimed it was a retal. It was more then 48 hours past 72 hour window. Smurf said he wouldnt auth our polciy due to the fact that we grabbed them after war, and what do we expect. I said i didnt care and we realled.

2) That country farmed a seperate TKO country, and mob said if we touch it its an act of war.

3) the country grabbed me again. We were debating how to handle it. The seocnd one was a debatable all jetter. It was 75.7% jets, but it was 89% jet points (around those numbers) as the majority of its non-jets were troops. We were debating it.

4) we worked out retals of 1:1 on all hits (8 tap only retalled 1:1... thats generous)

5) we started retalling and then mob and swords started trying kill runs, gave up, and moved on to countries who havnt played in 3 weeks. He claimed that durring negotiations i made an offer that said we wouldnt retal the 8 tap. That was true. BUt nothing was agreed upon. Mob said to just talk to smurf. I talked to smurf and i changed one of my reqruests, and added retallign the 8 tap. Its something called negotiating. We signed a 72 hour DNH and then the kill runs started.

If a group of restarts can break a 120k acre country Kudos to them :P

My country in 1a (Yes, my first set) is a 30mil raw jet break at 20k acres, and only losing 500k cash a turn. If the 120k acre country had even 2 times my defense (60mil jet break raw) You had enough def and damn those jetters!

Ill ignore the all the what who said things. But if you are gonna farm someone back it up, and if the backup includes killing em, fair enough. But don't complain when they hit you back.

Although it did not count as a retal reguardless. Normal retal rules apply to that hit they did.

K4F- we were gaining on the retals 1:1 they were making on our big ones with ghost acres. they were 14k acres, hitting 50k acre countries and we were comming out 1k on top. We werent complaining.

We are annoyed that we sign a DNH with a FA and get hit 2 hours later. lol

Incorrect on this K4F. But it is pretty close to accurate.


After our war, One of TKO's strings bottomfed us. 10m NW hitting our 4 biggest countries, which were at 1.3m NW.


In an attempt to make those retals, our member bought up jets to try and break him. He was not able to make it within the retal window, so he Hit a different country within the same string.


TKO enforced L:L on that country, stating that he was an All Jetter.


Our Member bought defense and made a few grabs on that string.


Then a separate member 8 tapped TKO.


TKO and I negotiated 1:1 retal on all hits done by Swords. And setup a 72hr DNH.



When more than 8 retals were done on the 8 tap, our member flipped and with the approval from mob, they started farming/killing TKO countries.




If I were TKO, I would have probably done the same thing in response to that.

you just defined a jetter. by hittin another country it becomes an entirely seperate hit

Its not really my issue any more. I will leave the rest of Swords to deal with this situation themself. I have taken a few members that are active, and follow orders, and we have started a new clan.


Our new clan has already resolved this issue with KeTcHuP and TKO.

We are being very reasonable with anyone who doesnt want to be killed. And swords can end this.

I apologize for any innocent countries that died. Originally this looked fully like an act of war. Thats why we reacted like we did. Once we saw not all swords countries were partaking we decided its best to target only the active hitters.

So 11 retals. When only 8 were authed. In which he lost only an extra 226 acres. Who flips out over 226 acres when you lost 3797 acres from the legit 8 retals.

Was it like "oh TKO took their 8 retals and got 3797a, but then they over retalled by 3 and took an extra 226a HOW DARE THEY. I shall do 41 grabs on the TKO ccountry that actually didn't do the over retals, Your civs look low (#675)." Furthermore we only took 8 retals for 8 grabs on us ... So get the F*** over 11 retals by mistake. Maybe contact an FA. Hell id let you take 226a from me if it makes u cry that much. I dont get your logic at all. Can you please come on the boards and explain where the logic was for your hits.


1. You flipped it over losing an extra 220a when you lost 3700 fairly. Thats only an extra 6%. WTF CALM DOWN
2. You farmed the guy who did the legit retals
3. We only took 8 retals for 8 grabs on us
