you sure about that? he been playing in LaF on and off since 1999.

in 2003 he got rank 2 and i got rank 1.

last reset he got rank 3 and lt/you got rank 1/2.

it would be sucky if he got rank 2 again this reset, which might be likely

actually i remember his very first reset in 1A he had a shot to win.

75k acre casher (head to head fattest with ronnie) and RoCK multies suicided on his poor country (as well as other top LaF countries). =/

It's a two horse race for sure, and better that bakku takes it. The progression this set

Initial front runner took himself out of the running by being a lazy bastard
Other contender hadn't played in years and was a big big n00b
I was ab'd then took any slim hopes away by living up to my country name

Leaving the two left in the race ;-) should be some close races for the rest of the t5 and t10 though

But I was ab'd as a etcher during the tech peak.. It cost me 20m NW easy

And ya I messed up a bit on my destock but not as bad as I have before. I didn't think the standing orders would eat up so much and crash the market and thought food would hold a bit longer than it did oh well

I will still be right around 200m when all is said and done

u got ABed 11 times i got ABed 50 times, right when i reached my cs goal and switched so it really really hurt. i think i lost more than 20M nw (took me 228 turns to rebuild my CS to the way it was, then another 113 turns to rebuild my country back to full).. but then again i wasn't going to try this reset until i got ABed, afterwards it made me want to try something new (get t10 while getting ABed to the ground, since it's a challenge :P)... so in retrospect i would've finished lower because i would've been lazy like i was the past few resets =)

you shouldn't have standing orders it. you artificially raised the public prices by your orders. should've allowed the demand to buy their goods at the cheap prices still so the supply would've came in at a lower price...

you could've built a crapload of CS like what i did after getting ABed so your BPT wasn't garbage ;P

i actually was originally planning to test how landtrading would work inside pacts, that's why i put all my points in -building costs and everything.

if i knew i was going to go for a t10 spot, i'd obviously structured my country differently =)

and highrock, looking at your country, i knew you obviously weren't really trying ;P

I think I screwed many peoples destocks this set. That's a dangerous combo.. My stocking ability can crash the market, and my lack of destocking skills DID JUST THAT screwing others in the process
