There was never a ceasefire between IMP and Mercs. Mercs has never contacted IMP asking for a ceasefire.

IMP simply didn't hit Mercs during our war with Focus.

Rockman, when primeval contacted me with CF terms he stated that he would agree to put mercs on DNH. you taught me its not a good idea to try to protect your allies so i told him i would ask no such thing of him and he was free to do as he pleases.

Ive certainly learned my lesson and i have you to thank for it.

Netters are people that don't have the time to war, is not like they are afraid to war, or don't know how to war, is just that the time is limited and they rather not spend 3 hours a day in a war room and rush to a PC when their alarms sound :P

Also netters value their countries more, because they put their already limited time into them.
