top feed is considered hitting a country more then 150% land then you obviously thats not the case here..... and im not even sure we reconise them?

#89 was 20110 before the hit. #67 was 14445. that means #89 was 140% the size of #67 before the hit. while that is still outside your teams posted policy of 150%, however, you are the ones who hit us and thus are subject to our retal policy.

when one of our wog guys topfed you earlier this set, we allowed you to impose your L:L on us. so with that said if #89 takes the retal himself and doesnt get all his land back in 1 hit, at least including ghost acres, we will determine if he needs to take an additional retal.
