if talking number terms, a good number to note is networth. XI brought with them a large number of higher nw countries. They weren't in war since OOP. the irony being that the first NBK complaint to be read on the boards is "staying out of war to get more stock." They would hardly note that XI did exactly that by not declaring alongside NBK against SF. but thats the way you have to spin when you have to grasp at straws.

I am not saying I agree with what was done or how it was done, tho like I told crippy I understand it. Anytime multiple sides are involved in a war 99 times out of 100 there will be joint chats. That way it just made it easier on the one(s) finding targets.

Focus and CC weren't at war either nico and had 260+ countries between them. XI was called in because CC joined in after we declared on focus. We were happy to keep it just NBK and Semper but Focus and CC were prepping to joint FS so we struck first. they knew before the set even started that focus would be joining. instead of FSing us also with SF they chose to take the easy way out and kill SF alone then prep to try to take focus out so they could have an easy fight. not our fault you gave us time to prep. and dont act like XI wasnt already waiting to join in before you even started storing turns. We were not prepping to take out 1 tag at a time, we offered pacts to both focus and CC and they refused. They were about to hit us so we struck first. We didn't complain about it, just took action. All I have heard since is how unfair it is that we didn;t allow you to fs us. lol We also did not know for sure that focus would join in nor did we know that SF would be 150 countries smaller than last set when we FSed them. It wasn't until after we hit that we heard about it and saw you prepping. We had even planned to FS you earlier but heard from our allies that you were thinking about staying out of it so we held off until we were sure. If we had known all that when we FSed semper then maybe we would have FSed focus as well but we hit early because SF has had more countries than us so we were trying to gain the advantage by hitting early in the set. They have always tagged slowly so we assumed they still had a bunch of untags and they did have some just not as many as usual. You people make it sound like we had some evil master plan to kill all of you for some grudge that you think we have. lol

If one considers the entire HISTORY of any clan in this game from 1996 to today, "coward" is not a label easily or accurately applied.

I guess it depends on your definition of the word and also how much personal bias you're willing to apply to make the term fit the intended target.

Interesting situation. NBK are branded as cowards when they have the military advantage but NOT branded as the victims when they are on the short end of the Number Stick.

Through it all, NBK fights. They fight without a lot of complaint. They fight. And fight some more even when most clans would have simply surrendered. I don't see cowardice in that. I see consistency.

Whether nico, Walding or me for that matter like it is irrelevant. NBK is what it is. That must be considered even when the numbers are appealingly in one's favor against them. The true pure warring clans in this game are few in number. NBK, DWAR, ICD and TAKERS are the 4 that come to mind in terms of relevance and longevity.

Like them or hate them, they are what they are. And "coward" is not an applicable term. Any of these mentioned clans would fight anyone and everyone. Some would tag kill a clan 10 times smaller simply because someone said something that pissed them off.

It's not about bravery. Bravery applies when the outnumbered tag fights like insane demons to that last second of the reset and refuses to surrender. THAT is where cowards are made.

you offered focus a pact at the end of last set so you could kill SF without them having backup which i refused because i told you that i wouldnt pact out of having any FDPs back after telling them i would help if they needed it.

you didnt try again after that (not that we would have accepted) BUT you did try to pact CC a week ago, which means you were likely planning to hit focus the whole time. transparent i tell you.
