We will make a tag (untagged killer or something) and we will keep untaggeds small for as long as we can and lessen the chance of u getting killed...

All we ask is the odd FA package from time to time to get our tech levels up and give us the chance to maintain decent countries while killing as many untaggeds as we can.

be aware that this is no guarantee that people wont hide in a 1 man tag or 2 man tag and hit you but it means there wont be 3 and 4 mill nw dicts etc hanging around...

When Lae was bigger we used to do this (the killers in Lae to lessen the chance of suicders)
