Depends entirely on the market and competition i think, you can have a killer set, but if the market is not swinging for the fences on your behalf, you won't get there :(

I believe a techer can do it, if tech prices are insane. I've only seen one set with those kind of prices, and of course i didnt play that set

still doubt it tho... ud have to gain like 15k land by turn 800 to do that.
