Jack- to keep it fair i could drop 300 acres which is well more than i got making that second grab on him (including the ghost acres). Would that make it right and fair by you?

meh, DeerHunter hit me this set. i had to hit a heck of a lot of proxies when NukEvil was a mod. he ain't a troll. he's a control freak that can't maintain control. reminds me of a movie that i saw recently where a shrink ends up in a wheelchair because he met a murder novelist. was kinda disappointed that she's starting to sag. least she got naked. not sure that i could do that for money. not that anybody is offering to pay....
