Joining GDI just neuters one's ability to FS someone he or she doesn't like. The person must depend on the other dude to hit him or her in a way that allows him or her to FS the other dude.

So, if you don't like how someone else is playing, don't join GDI. That way, you can get the FS on him without having to wait for him to do a doubletap.

EDIT: Unless the other guy is also in GDI. But in this case, you have no reason to complain.

I know that. But it does eliminate the possibility that it would be YOUR fault you can't hit the other guy.

EDIT: Perhaps some clarification.

DH complained of not being able to hit JJ because of GDI. DH's country is in GDI. Ergo, DH should not have complained BECAUSE HE JOINED GDI. I don't care about anybody else's country, because I don't hear anybody else complaining.

So I suggest next reset Tom not join GDI, so at least DH will have the right to complain about GDI. Put your balls where your mouth is.
