I don't want to start another thread, since I was just planning on saying hi and leaving, but I do have a question:

Like I said, I was researching (ie watching pr0n less often) for a MMOBG maker, if there is such a thing. Basically, I would like to create a political strategy browser game to feature in the upcoming Romanian elections here and I was curious if there were any other games like Earth left and, most importantly, if there was a tool to create such a game, to anyone's knowledge. I'm not just talking sources, I'm talking about a game-maker for what would be a cross between Earth and NationStates, if you know it.

Basically, you're President, you have some resources and you can play with pretty much everything your country has, if you want, but you also have issues that pop up and need your attention. It's not multiplayer as much as balancing hard decisions that the game gives you b/w foreign and domestic policies.

So, any help? Maybe from the Earth-porters, so to speak?
