Buildings are 35 NW each, land is 45 NW each, then Pop adds a lil bit too.

3.5k acres assuming low pop and no military, 157k ish NW minimum :P

So many ways to die, only one way to live...

Bushels take away from networth ? Thats no good idea. If you mean bushels have a lower networth yes that's true. But the way you have written you'd think negative networth is possible. Wiki shows 'bushels/2000' is the networth you get.
