I haven't played for a while, so I could use a reminder. Which bonuses are better to get ingame, and which bonuses are better to get from the control screen? I don't feel bad at all about exploiting this bug, because it's been posted about a few times on the B&S board, and the game administrators are too lazy to fix it.

I think Decay was better when purchased on the control screen, is this correct? What about the other bonuses?

Like when you spend 12 points to get 1.5% of something when in-game you have to spend 8 to get 1% and can't get that other .5% with your remaining 4 points?

Control Panel says I have -10% Resource Decay. In-game says -8.4%

You want to do decay in-country. Control Panel decay shows 100% when it's actually way less in truth.

But you save 2 pts per day purchasing in panel.
