Say we have 2 countries...Country A and Everybody Else.
For each attack made on Country A, DR lasts for 24 hours. If Country A is in DR, each attack that Country A subsequently makes on Everybody Else removes 1 DR from Country A. This goes for all attacks except missile attacks. Missile attacks do not affect DR.
There is also a 'ghost acre' DR, but I can't quite remember how that works...maybe it lasts 24 hours no matter how many attacks Country A makes on Everybody Else?
No idea how Spy DR works.
