He could if he wanted to, but I'm in DR and he's not interested in a war even after losing 6000 acres. Looking at the rest of the countries near the top, I think he might still be able to get maybe second place or so, hehe.. not setting any records though, and probably not winning...

Are you abusing your DR by topfeeding while in DR?

i'd be attacking him with or without it, see last set for proof of that. i'm dropping the land anyway heh... when it wears off soon, he'll probably hit me once but not more. actually maybe not at all because it's too close to the end of the set to be profitable

trust me, i'd prefer if i hadn't had to spend 110 turns rebuilding my c-sites from near 0, and 50 turns rebuilding labs. i'd have over $1b more if that was the case
