so this guy make his jump and doesn't so much as even make 1 retal hit on 'payback b4tch' (who hit him 3 times!!) or on #102 who hit him 12 times!

the SS's especially look shady. he got put into DR really nicely and lost next to nothing.

then he went and took his 'retals'.



DR abuse comes in many shades and IMHO this is it again. highly highly doubt he doesn't know the two guys who farmed him. they both were giving back good land and he should have hit them back at least a few times.

went on EEstats and it looks as if #102 has hit lots of players so it's probably legit but still.
spineless to not even avenge multi multi taps on oneself and then take massive 10,000% L:L retals.

last set there was a guy who made the mistake of hitting me early on. he took 100 or so acres. he played very fairly the rest of the set and only hit others once, had good d.

i could have gone O heavy toward the end and broken him easily, but it would have been so much lopsided land and the guy had played well i just didn't think it was right. so i messaged him and spoke to him and he was cool and i gave him a pass.


just hate these little rats who go all offense and take 2-3k acres off a 100 acre first hit when they don't even go and retal people who hit them over 10 times and were giving off land as well

i guess i'm just a little sore i got owned in land retals :p

simple....102 and 23 are n00bs and they're both in DR so what's the point of hitting them? if you gonna bottom feed all set, expect some big retal near the end..if you dont like big retal, dont bottom feed...that is all

well you can learn a lot early on from a spy op - how is the guy built, how are his tech levels, does he play the game with allies, know a strat, storing turns, etc etc.


if he's used turns, playing rainbow, or just playing at such a low production he can't possibly retal, then that's fine. bottom feed all day long.

inevitably you'll make 1 mistake and miss someone who pulls it together later. other times you get greedy and think you an outrun someone who has a few turns stored and then your military gets stuck on the market and you can't run turns to juice up D as intended and bam, retals can happen.

Your ally is a piece of fluff PSing someone 3 times for no reason. And he didn't even attack anyone else so it looks very targeted. You made this thread, and he was your ally, so you do look kind of culpable. Either way, if he's going to play that way the game would be better off without him. Also you need to be more careful, two sets in a row calling someone out for DR abuse when they didn't abuse DR either time.

I had some fluff mess up my set too. Was probably a good set for cashing because I would have made 24m with an all-x until this dweeb started attacking me and sending me threats.

regarding the guy i allied, he was a player that i was allied to in primary last set and don't know him other than by the name 'paul' through ingame messages.
