I believe once you create a country you should have 120(120) turns.. this would make the beggining of the reset so much better in my opinion.. idk just wishful thinking

No. This would give an advantage to players who created their country 1 minute after the previous reset ends.

If I create my country 18 hours into the next reset, then I would have lost 18 hours of turns.

Use to be if you started within 3 days or so, you would have the same amount of turns at the end of the day as someone who started from the beginning. Not sure if this is still true though.
