lol, RD is a novelty, it really isnt surprising that RD has alot of members, and it's not a bad place to play so all the power to them...

20% is pretty reasonable considering the size of the server and the member base past and present RD has to operate with. What should really blow your mind is there are many more still retired ingame but not in forum that may be returning in the near future given all of the fun RD seems to be blessed with these days.

Give them a reason to play and you'll see a fluffload more of them comming back to enjoy it :P
