We need a mod around on the last day of Express to clean up the trash before the end. This guy has 4m turrets defense and I have 4m jets and over 200 turns when he hits me. But I can't get jack in retal because he's in DR until there's an hour left in the set.

Then he knows his DR is gonna run out soon, so he decides to abuse it further by going jets and attacking me 3x five minutes before it runs out, and then running away by pumping turrets just before the DR expires. Whoever this is should really just delete their own country or something because there's no glory in winning while brazenly abusing rules that say you should be deleted.
