I was pretty sure it has always been 20 acres net, but 10 of those acres came from ghost, thus I should've still lost 10 per hit.

The other person declared war on you.

if attacker has decced war its 20a but if hasn't decced then its 10a if target is in gdi, if no dec and no gdi then its 10a and if gdi but no dec its 5a. doesn't make sense but ........

almost year old change (and ee-wiki could be wrong).

its only 20 acres min gains if you declare war and the target does not have gdi, i believe? I think there was a change a little while ago about how gdi and declare war interact to change the minimum gains in a given situation.

yes if your target is in gdi but you or target hasn't decced war.
